Hello, friends! Thank you for dropping in. I’m so excited for the year ahead and really looking forward to some personal growth in the areas of diligence and willpower!
One of my main goals for this year is to dig even deeper into holistic health, including eating as much home-grown, organic produce as possible, learning how to make all kinds of old-world-apothecary tinctures (yes, I may even put beads in my hair), getting more daily fresh air and sunshine, and walking 1000 miles.



I’m most intimidated by that last, little item. A thousand miles may not sound impressive to many of you out there who thrive at things like pumping iron or running marathons (do reading marathons count?), but for someone like me who thrives at sipping hot tea, journaling, and piddling in the herb garden, walking 1000 miles is a big deal. So, to help ensure I log all these miles and milestones for 2026 (gulp), I made myself two little tracking sheets for accountability and thought I might pass them on to you as well! I hope you enjoy and find them useful.
